Developing Adaptive Leadership at a Global Pharma
A fast-growing biotech in the rare disease space wanted to develop a culture of adaptive leadership to support its rapid growth, but needed a partner to make the cultural and business impact needed.
We created a high concept, extended leadership forum for 40 people held in person and online with several sprints of concentrated group activity - designed to drive the next 10 years of the company’s growth through dialogue, mindset change, and tackling enterprise- level challenges and opportunities.
The Forum helped the extended leadership coalesce as a team and move the organization forwards to its next stage of success.

Developing Values and Behaviors at a Non-Profit Leader
A rare disease-focused UK charity wanted to refresh its values and behaviors following a brand redesign.
We used a design-thinking and co-creation approach to carry out extensive qualitative insight, develop evolved values and behaviors and designed the cultural changes required.
The co-creation meant that embedding felt natural and the charity’s people felt immediately connected to the refreshed values.
We continue to expand our work with this organization, currently facilitating board level work around diversity, equity and inclusion to inform both the charity’s work with external community and for internal policy and culture.
